子供の頃、よく家で出されたので、また水炊きかーと思い、余り好きではありませんでした。でもここのは大分違いますね〜〜美味しくいただきました。先ずはビールで乾杯です。お通しと刺し盛りを食べながら、鍋に火をつけましょう。中火で大丈夫です。沸騰したら一旦火を消してスープを軽く味わって、初めに入っている肉をポン酢か柚子胡椒で食べましょう。一人2個づつくらいあります。水炊きはたとえ弱火でもつけたままでいるとすぐに煮詰まってしまいますので面倒でもこまめに消すことをお勧めします。つくねと生の肉を入れて煮えにくい野菜を次に入れます。煮えたら野菜を入れて火を止め軽く蒸らしていただきましょう。ここはお酒の飲み比べセットもありますので、飲み過ぎ無いようにね〜。〆はラーメンか雑炊を選べますので、その日の気分で選んで下さい。酢モツが無かったのが残念でしたが、地元の博多水炊きよりはっきり言って美味かった。またお邪魔します。そろそろ出ないと最終フライトに間に合わないのでメンバーにさよならして、空港に向かうのでした〜
