この日は記念日で、相方の食べたいものを食べさせてあげたいと思い、たくさんの鍋料理のメニューがある、こちらを予約しました。早い時間なら、個室を使わせて頂けるとのことで、17時のオープンに合わせてお伺いしました。
二階の個室に通してもらい、メニューとにらめっこ、すき焼きをオーダーすることにしました。せっかくなので、上すき焼きのセットにしました。セットにすると、お造りの盛り合わせ、小鉢、〆のうどんが付きます。ちなみに、一人前￥6000になります。
少しして、お造りが提供されました。小さな盛り合わせですが、素晴らしいネタなのは、見ただけで分かります。かつおのたたき、鮪、ハマチ、鯛。予想通り、どれも素晴らしい鮮度のものでした。
続いて、小鉢。煮物で、残念ながら、熱々出来立てではありませんが、冷めた状態で、この美味しい味わいは、素晴らしい調理の賜物でしょう。
いよいよ、鍋、お肉、野菜のセットが提供されました。素晴らしい刺しが入った、見るからに美味しそうなお肉ですね。こちらは、関西流のすき焼きとのことで、はじめは、ざらめと醤油で、店員さんが牛肉を焼いてくれまして、溶いた卵に浸けて頂くと、何とも言えない美味しさに悶絶しました。店員さんが言ってましたが、はじめに食べるこの時は、牛肉の素材に左右されるので、よい肉を選ぶと、美味しさが段違いで良くなるとのことでした。頑張って、上にして良かったです(笑)ちなみに、こちら、卵二個が標準で付いて来るのが嬉しいです。
はじめの二切れだけ、これで頂いて、出汁と割下、野菜を加えて、グツグツと煮込みました。時間差で牛肉も投入、普段頂くすき焼きと同様に頂きます。当たり前ですが、美味しすぎます。この日は、お昼が遅めでしたので遠慮しましたが、これはご飯と一緒に頂きたかったですね。
お肉は追加する必要があるかも？と思いましたが、量としてはちょうど良く、年齢が応えてか、最後の牛肉一切れが、ややしんどかったです。〆のうどんがあったことを思いだし、焼きうどん風に仕上げて、美味しく頂きました。こちらは、別腹で入っていきました。ちなみに、こちら、出汁の追加は有料ですので、ご注意下さい。
今回は、記念日だったので、無理を言って、ケーキを持ち込みましたが、快く応対頂き、ナイフやフォーク、お皿をお借りできました。ありがたいことです。
さて、気になったのがお会計でして、￥6000のコースが２名分、二人とも呑めないので、ウーロン茶を３杯ずつで、合計￥19000ほど。外税10%としても合わないから、サービス料が10%くらいかかっている感じがしました。このお会計だと、やっぱり、割高感を感じてしまいます。個室利用料と思えば、いいかな。このコスパなら、やはり、以前にアップした、三木にある某お店の方が、いいかな？と。
