Ai Nishiumaさんが昼定食を食べておられたので、夜のコース料理を食しました。コロナ禍の水曜日の夜ですので、貸切状態でしてーある意味3密対策バッチリでした。次から次えとお料理が運ばれてき、全集中で食べていました。お酒のあて的な料理ですが、特質すべきは貝汁とお米シュウマイと神戸牛すき焼き！貝汁は貝の旨味を飲み干し、シュウマイの皮がお米なので食感を味わい、すき焼きのお肉をガッツリ食べて、うどんとご飯で〆！お腹いっぱいなさせてもらいました！個人的にはリピしたいですが、量が多いので貝汁とシュウマイとすき焼きだけにしたいと思います。
