黒毛和牛の食べ比べコースにて予約をし訪問しました。
店内はシックな雰囲気で、個室と鉄板の前に座るカウンター席とがあります。
今回はせっかくなのでマスターが焼くところを見たく、カウンター席でいただきました。
以下品目と感想を
1. 胡瓜とモッツアレラチーズの生ハム巻き
きゅうりの歯応えと生ハムのちょっとした塩気が程よくいい感じ。トマトも刺さっていてカプレーゼ風。
2. 和牛の肉寿司とローストビーフ
肉寿司は見るからに脂が乗っていて艶々で、食べてみると本当に溶けるよう。
ローストビーフはゆずの風味が効いたソースが相性◎
3. 季節のサラダ
先ほどのお肉の味をここでリセット
4.フォアグラ
上質なフォアグラを岩塩とバルサミコ酢でいただきました。食べた瞬間から肉汁というか脂というかが溢れ出し非常に濃厚でたまらなかったです。
5.ウニとキャビアの冷製パスタ
細麺でしっかりとした歯応え。麺を食べると口いっぱいにウニの味が広がりとても美味でした。
6.野菜焼き
ただの野菜焼きのはずなのに、ペッパーの加減が絶妙なのか、うまい。驚いた。
7.黒毛和牛のロースと内腿肉
ミディアムレアで頂きました。
ロースは霜降りで柔らかく、腿は赤身でしっかりとした歯応え。ポン酢、しょうゆ、わさび、ガーリックチップ、岩塩、ペッパーそれぞれお好みで食べる。
個人的にはロースはわさび。脂がよく乗っているためわさびの辛さは気にならない。柔らかくとろける。
腿はペッパーで。牛肉の味をしっかり感じられ、個人的には肉感が強いこちらの方が好みでした。

雰囲気のよいお店で、コースの料理は全て美味しかったです。
自分的に一番美味しかったのはウニとキャビアの冷製パスタかな。あれだけでもお店成立しそうなレベルで美味しかったです。
