年末に、今年1年の締めくくりのプチ贅沢ご飯忘年会に利用。
場所は各線三宮から徒歩5分〜10分の徒歩圏内にあります。
路地にあるので、不案内な方は地図をしっかり見ていってください^_^
エントランスを入ると、店内は落ち着いたバーのような雰囲気のカウンターが、広がります。
奥にはテーブル席もあるようですが、今回はカウンターです。
まずはシャンパンで乾杯。
女子達でシェアするので、誰もが分かる間違いのないシャンドンで。
■前菜
ゼリー仕立てのテリーヌ
エビのカクテル
お任せにしていたので、忘年会ということもあり
お料理の内容をゆっくり聞けなかったので、今回は自分で名前をつけてます（笑）
見た目お洒落で女子達のテンション上がりまくりです。
エビのカクテルは、グラスの中にパスタが入っています。
プレートに別添えのオーロラソースを入れて、混ぜて食べます。
グラスに入れて混ぜて食べるのか、パスタを出してプレートで混ぜるのか、最後までどちらが正解なのか分かりませんでした（笑）
お料理の説明が、もう少しあると嬉しいですね。
■肉寿司
これはもう鉄板メニューですね。
人肌で溶けていくお肉の脂がとろりとして美味しい〜
■ローストビーフ
上に乗ったジュレと共に頂きます。
下の玉ねぎスライスが、辛味がなくローストビーフの味を殺さず、とても美味しくいただきました。
ワインはサンセールの白を。
■サラダ

本当に普通にサラダ（笑）
ここで、本日のメインのお肉が焼く前にお出まし。
ロースとヒレの2種類ですが
ぱっと見どちらがどっちなのか分からないくらい
さしの綺麗なお肉がやってきました^_^

これはもう何も言葉に出さずとも良いですね。
焼く前と違い
食べると、やはり味や食感の違いがハッキリしますね（笑）

■食後のコーヒーまたは紅茶
最近は品数が多いコース構成が多い中で
王道のシンプルな鉄板焼きステーキコースです。
なので、食いしん坊さんには少し物足りないかもしれません。
私たち女子はお腹ちょうど良い感じでいっぱいになりました^_^
野菜類は、あまりこだわりがなさそうでしたが、お肉やそれに類するお料理は美味しかったです^_^
美味しいお肉と雰囲気を味わうのに良いお店ですね♫
