韓国・ソウルで食べたカムジャタンに感激したオーナーが日本にもこの味を…とオープン。カムジャタン鍋はジャガイモと豚の背骨肉、キノコやゴマの葉などを豚骨ベースのスープでグツグツ煮込んだピリ辛鍋。じっくりと炊いた背骨肉はホロリとやわらかく、具材の旨みを吸い込んだホクホクのジャガイモも◎。ピリカラ味で、食もグングン進むので、シメの焼飯までペロリ。シメには中華麺も選べるけど、オススメはご飯！ ニラとゴマ油で
