ランチ友との飲み会に、久し振りにお会いした先輩を誘って訪問。
何れも劣らぬ大酒呑みですから、呑み放題は有るかと確認。
無かったら店頭に掲げられていた「得セット」からスタートしようと思います。
回答は、、１時間￥１，２００で対応頂けるとの事。

生ビールが到着するまでの肴を選び、ビールの到着と同時にオーダーします。
ひとくち串カツ、まぐろぶつ、鱧の湯引きから。
ひとくちカツを戴き、此方の料理は丁寧に作られている事が分かりました。
かつの衣が立って経っているのです。
そして、生ビールの空きや日本酒の空瓶、完食した皿等タイミング良く下げる目配りが素晴らしい。
安いチェーン店では見受けられない素晴らしい接客なのです。
社員さんかパートさんかは解りませんが、社員教育にも力を入れている事が分かります。
追加注文した肴の魚の数々も、温かい物は温かく、冷たい物は冷たく戴くことが出来ました。
