Compared to regular wine, it is made with more time and effort, and you can get a feel for the region and producer. Therefore, some items are difficult to obtain. The dishes we serve are designed to pair well with wine. We aimed to create a dish that would make the most of the aroma and taste of the wine, and could also serve as a full-fledged course. We use carefully selected fresh and seasonal local ingredients. One of the attractions of local production for local consumption is that the producer can be seen and the food is safe and secure. Good access, just 5 minutes walk from Sannomiya Station. Our store, whose landmark is a wine barrel, was carefully designed by the owner, who is a former architect. The interior of the restaurant is modern yet casual, just like an authentic European bar. On the 1st floor, there are [counter seats] illuminated by the gentle light of spotlights. There is a wine shop on the 2nd floor, complete with an impressive wine cellar. You can enjoy a bottle of wine purchased on the spot at the comfortable table seats.

In July 2018, we opened a wine shop on the 2nd floor of our store. We have a wine shop inside the store that has a selection of over 500 bottles of ``natural wine,'' which is currently a global trend. By connecting it to Restaurants, we offer new ways to enjoy wine. Just like in authentic Europe, you can drink the wine you purchase on the spot. The key point is the high degree of freedom.
