きょうも、仕事帰りに軽くいっぱい。
神戸三宮の炉端焼き「酒肆 大関」でいただきました。
外観は昭和チックな大箱の居酒屋さん。
ホントそのとおりで、昔ながらの炉端焼きです。
1階が炉端焼きになっていて、コの字型の広い炉端焼きのカウンター
かテーブル席でいただき居ます。
お料理はメニューを見てもいいし、炉端に並んでる食材を指さしてもかまいません。
焼き物を頼むと、和服姿のお姉さんがコの字型カウンターの真ん中で焼いて、
長いしゃもじ載せて運んでくれます。
今となっては珍しくなった昔ながらの炉端スタイルですね。
お料理のお値段は、250円、500円と1000円の3種類。
お造りはだいたい1000円、焼き物が500円ですので。
わかりやすいと言えばそうなのですが、決してお安いとはいえませんが、
どの料理もていねいにお料理されてるので、まあいかな。
