三宮から元町に向かって歩きながら、お店に電話したところ、席が空いているというのでお邪魔した。
テーブル席は、掘りごたつになっている。他のテーブルは、宴会、外人の接待、カップルとそれぞれ楽しそうだった。
囲炉裏焼き星コースと薩摩地鶏のたたきを注文した。
前菜、お造り、たたきを、満足しながら食べ終えたとき、炭が運ばれてきた。炭火で顔がほてる。ビールが進む。
囲炉裏焼きの食材は一品一品運ばれ、その都度、お店の方が、焼いてくださった。ちょうど良く焼き上がった頃に、また、お皿に取り分けてくださった。（結局、自分では、何もせずに、ただ食べていれば良かった。二人の女性が、４つのテーブルを上手に行き来している姿に、とても好感が持てた。）
焼き物は、素材が新鮮で、炭火に焦がされて、本当に美味しかった。
会計は、テーブルで行い、お店の方にお礼を伝えて、お店を出た。お店を出て、エレベータまで見送ってくださった。
神戸に行ったらまた訪れたいお店だ。
