土曜日の正午前に伺いました。
既に5人ほど並んでいましたが、10分ほどで入店。
待っている間にメニューを渡され、注文も済ませます。
注文したのは、一番人気のプレミアムチーズバーガー。
レタスのサラダとポテト付きで、ドリンクは400円引きになります。
食べ方が写真入りで丁寧に説明されているので、席に着いて待っている間に予習します。
この手のバーガーを食べた時にありがちな、途中から収拾がつかずグチャグチャというのも、これで回避できます。
バンズは、ほんのり甘く、しっかりした噛みごたえ。
ミンチ荒目のパテは厚みがあり、お肉を食べている満足感があります。
メニューにはレタスやトマトを抜くことがきますと書かれていましたが、野菜も含め、トータルで味の調整がされており、そのままの方が味のバランスも良いです。
席数が少ないため、料理が提供されて30分と滞在時間が限定されていますが、また来たいお店です。
