コンセプトは食材の産地とつながるお店。
全国各地にある鮮度抜群の旨いものを、正木数義氏が監修するメニューで提供する海鮮居酒屋。
鮮度・品質にこだわりながらも、普段使いしやすい大衆店としてリーズナブルな価格で営業されています。
店舗はビルの地下にある為、一見入りにくい感じも受けますが、中に入ってしまえば昭和感のあるザ・居酒屋テイストな雰囲気。
吊るされた提灯や、壁にかけられたメニューがいかにもな感じを作り出しています。
♦︎突き出し
ふきのお漬物でした。
♦︎おでん（厚揚げ・こんにゃく・卵・大根）
まだ完全に出汁が染み込んでいない感じ。
もう少ししっかり煮込んでから食べたかったです。
♦︎どて焼き
煮込んだ牛すじ・こんにゃくにネギを乗せています。
味付けは味噌が中心ですがやや薄め。
また牛すじの硬さも気になりました。
♦︎赤ナマコ酢
鮮度の高さがすぐに分かるほどのコリコリ食感。
調理の仕方はシンプルですが、ナマコ自体が美味しかったです。
添えてある柑橘がレモンじゃなくて、ダイダイならいう事なしでした。
♦︎きゅうり一本漬け
シンプルな浅漬けを薄めに細かくカット。
生姜がいい仕事をしてました。
♦︎手羽先 塩焼
岡山森林鶏を使用。
食べやすいように包丁を入れてくれてるのは良かったですが、ジューシーさのないパサつきのある食感でした。
また味付けも濃過ぎて塩辛い仕上がりに。
♦︎ガリサバ巻き
細巻きの具材にガリとサバを。
ガリ・サバ共に控えめな味で、巻かれている量だとやや弱いかと。
添えられているガリを加えると、良いバランスになりました。
大衆居酒屋としての雰囲気や価格の点は良かったと思います。
料理に関してはナマコの鮮度の良さが圧倒的に印象的でした。
次回は造りなどを中心にいただいてみようと思います。
