Came here for lunch with my boss. My boss had a fried pork shiso roll set meal, and since it was getting a little hot, I had a chilled Inaniwa udon set meal. I had Inaniwa udon for the first time a few years ago, and it was a little thicker than somen, but thinner and chewier than udon. It's rare to find a restaurant where you can have this for lunch, and as the weather gets hotter, you'll want to eat it. I'll visit again a few more times before it gets cooler. It was delicious. Light and fried pork shiso roll set meal
I visited here for the first time in a while. It was past 12 o'clock, and it was difficult to find a restaurant for lunch, so my boss and I searched for this place.Without hesitation, we decided on the deep-fried yam shiso roll set meal, which I had often ordered before! It's crispy, and the yam is wrapped in pork, but even though it's Fried food, you can enjoy it without feeling guilty. However, when I returned to the office, I took the stairs to the 8th floor...Thank you for the meal.

よく神戸ポークのしそ巻き揚げを注文することが多いのですが、この日は但馬玄の文字に惹かれて注文。
サクッと、牛すじも柔らかくて美味しいコロッケでした。
