こちら「料和 大道」さんはプラリ呑むフライデーサイトに詳しい情報がアップされていない。
そこで伺って覗いてみる事にしました。
今回先ずＪＲ元町駅近の「まなび家」さんからスタート・・「みみみ堂」「アノニム」「しんど」さんの後５軒目で訪問させて頂きました。
以前こちらの店主「大道 慎吾」さんには最初「座屋」さんで腕をふるわれていた時に出会いました、出会った時に以前のお店を開店される事を教えて頂きました。
こちらに移転される情報は「リストランテ ハナタニ」の花谷オーナーから教えて頂き食べログにお店登録させて頂ました。
その後数度当日予約で電話入れるもタイミングが合わず・・中々伺う事が出来ませんでした。
午後10時４５分頃お店に到着・・店内へ入って尋ねるとＯＫ！
早速店内へ・・内廊下の向うにカウンター席があり、今回は個室が空いていたので個室に通して頂きました。
桜の皮を貼ったお盆に元禄天削げの杉箸がセットされていました。
先ずはビールを頂く事に・・
待つ事７～８分で料理が運ばれてくる。
こちらで是非食べたい料理ＮＯ．１の鰹の塩たたき、鰹の酒盗和えが・・
厚切りの鰹タタキ、ニンニクの千切り、塩、山葵が添えてありました。
先ずはニンニクと塩でシンプルに頂く、美味い鰹・・これは人気ＮＯ．１でしょうね！
山葵も粘りのある本山葵で甘みがあり山葵自体美味しい！
日本酒も・・色々有りました。
鰹の酒盗和え、鰹に葱、紫蘇、焙煎された香ばしい松の実との相性がいい！
器もお洒落でゆったりお酒も頂く事が出来ました。
