お昼どき、前から行ってみたいと思っていた当店の前を通過〜 このチャンスを逃すまいと突撃♪
ビル一階に立て看板があるものの何処から入るのかしら？で一瞬戸惑い〜 ビル正面左手の階段を二階へ♪ 実は簡単〜
運良く一席空きがあり着席 メニューを拝見すると美味しそうな麺麺がずらりと♪ 迷いますが、こういう時ってお店イチオシとかに弱いんですよ〜 というわけで牛すじうどん♫ メニューにイチオシとあります〜
待つこと10分ぐらいでしょうか、注文が入ってからきちんと茹でるとのことで時間が掛かるそうです
隣の席の営業マンっぽい方、連続貧乏ゆすりの末、ようやくうどん到着で、熱いと思うのですが咳き込みながら猛スピードで啜ったのち、猛スピードで去ってゆかれました〜 お時間きつい方は、ご来店検討要って感じです
さて、じっくり牛すじうどんと対面します♫
牛すじはお飾りではなく、いい色でゴロゴロ入っています♫ まず汁をいただきます〜 ストロングでパンチのあるお出汁です♬ 美味い！ 何故か道場六三郎さんの命の出汁を思い出しました♬
このお出汁と、しっかりとしたアテ系の牛すじで冷酒がいただけそうな感じです♬
うどんは硬すぎず柔らかすぎずで、私にはちょうどいい感じです♫
美味しいな〜と思いながらいただいているとあっという間に完食です〜
また絶対お伺いしたいです♫
