北野にあるうどん屋「吉家」さんにててんぷらうどんにキツネトッピング。
そして苺氷。
出汁で天ぷらがブカブカになるのが嫌いなので、こうやって初めから別で出してくれるのはとても嬉しいです。
うどんはもちろん、天ぷらも火傷間違いなしの熱々です。
うどんの麺の手打ち感が好き。
程よいコシ、豊かに香る出汁。
たまりませんなぁ。
ふかふかのキツネからジュワッとお出汁が溢れて幸せ。
そして、そんなうどんのあとで、かき氷が食べられる！
こんな最高なことがあるでしょうか。
しかも、ちゃんとしてる。
粉雪系のかき氷。
氷に苺が入っているけれど、それだけではそんなに甘くないし、苺の香りも立たないけれど、練乳をかけると不思議と苺が主張してきます。
坂を登る価値があるなぁ。
