接待の夜、目上の方なので落ち着いた感じで和食にしようと思いチョイスしました、
『あんど』さん。
釜で作った方の鯛めしが付くコースがあると言う事で、楽しみ♪
入った雰囲気はお洒落で人数制限のあるお寿司屋さんのようなバーの雰囲気もある店内、
綺麗でいい雰囲気♪
お料理も楽しみ♪
★先付け辛お創りから蕎麦・お肉など・・
接待なので写真も器を撮るふりして微妙にお料理を撮影する感じとなりましたが(笑)
全体的に美味しく、和創作な感じですね。
椀もあんかけのなんとか（よく聞くお料理名だけど忘れた＞＜）がとてもふかふかで美味しく、
天ぷらはサクサク、お蕎麦も小さいながら本格的な風味と出汁の美味しさでもっと食べたくなる♪
お肉も柔らかく、神戸らしさも堪能して頂き、
お勧めの炊いている鯛めしも、
愛媛の方は色んな種類の鯛めしがあり・・・と、うんちく大会で大盛り上がりな良い夜となりました♪
