スープ表面は泡泡でした
いざっ実食
クリーミーでマイルドな豚骨スープ
自分的には少し塩味感が少し強く感じた^_^;
おろしニンニクを入れると少し和らいだ
細麺は硬めで旨い
チャーシューも何枚あるの？って感じで
薄切りで旨味があり好きなタイプ
替え玉無料なのでお願いしました
紅しょうががあれば嬉しかったのですが
ないので仕方ない^_^;
