Kobe beef melts quickly at room temperature. The way you cook food is important for delicious food. We recommend searing thinly sliced meat and grilled shabu, and medium-rare for other meats. Don't bake too much at once; only cook as much as you can eat; if it starts to catch fire or smoke, you've overcooked it, so be careful. Dirt on the grill will also reduce the flavor of the meat, so please feel free to let the staff know.
