Located on the seventh floor of a building, this is a high-end yakitori restaurant. The proud skewers served at "Kasahara" are made with "Takasaki Chicken", which the owner says he was shocked by when

The carefully skewered chicken is carefully and spectacularly grilled over red-hot charcoal, with skillful control over the heat and different cooking methods depending on the part of the chicken, a true work of art.
