Born in Hyogo Prefecture. I have dreamed of becoming a chef since I was in elementary school and decided to pursue this career path. After learning cooking in high school, he worked at Wedding Halls, hotels, and French cuisine and Italian Cuisine Restaurants. He trained under a former sous chef at a famous French cuisine restaurant he met at work. After that, he studied under the owner-chef of an Italian Cuisine restaurant in Yamate and learned new modern techniques. Now, he has fulfilled his long-held dream and opened [SK], serving dishes made with carefully selected ingredients, skillful techniques, and flair.
