ぶりー
神戸サウナも東筋にあるお店。
エレベーターで3階まで行くので少しわかりにくいかもしれません。
ランチパスポート使ってきました。
ぶり大根の定食。
ぶり大根はむちゃくちゃでかいです。
味が濃いめですべてぶりも大根も味がしみています。
写真の通りサーモンの刺身も脂がのっていて美味しかったです。
白ご飯もご飯のいい香りがしました。
赤だしもぶりかカツオの切り身が入っており出汁が出ていました。
今回のランチパスポートではかなりのヒットだと思います。
ただ１つ言うとすれば味が少し濃かったように思います。

I ordered the 5000 yen course. All-you-can-eat fish grilled on a charcoal grill. The first sashimi platter that came out was small in size, but it was delicious. There was also all-you-can-eat edamame. The additional fish grilled on the charcoal charcoal wheel was just for riding on the charcoal charcoal, but it was delicious with plenty of it. The duct that sucked in the smoke from the shichirin was very large and I felt it was a bit of a nuisance, but the smoke from the fish barely caught on. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
