主人に娘を預けて3年ぶり？4年ぶり？の三宮へ
お店は友達が予約してくれていて前日からわくわくが止まりませんでした。
阪急三宮駅西口駅から徒歩5分くらいかな…

キャベツのポタージュから始まり、八寸(*≧∀≦*)
八寸の中でも羊の生サラミが美味しくて驚き、トリュフ香る玉子サンドは美味し過ぎてテイクアウトしたいくらい。本当に販売してほしいと思いました。
菜の花の天ぷらも香ばしく焼き上げられたお肉も噛みしめながら美味しくいただきました。
〆は数種類から選べるようになっていましたがプラス料金のかからない白ねぎとチーズのリゾットにしました。これがまたねぎの甘さとチーズの香りがたまらない。作るところを少し拝見してましたが生のお米から短時間でリゾット作れることに驚きました。
デザート、最後は昆布茶。
あー美味しかったの連発…また来たい
シェフお一人で作られていましたが、バタバタ感も全くなくて常に冷静な感じ、必要以上に話すこともなく友達とゆっくり話す私たちには心地よかったです。

写真たまる一方でレビュー書けてません(涙)
元職場のグルメなお友達と行ってきました
前回行った際にとても感動してもう一度行きたいと
思ったお店でした
前回は5000円のランチコースがあったけれど
値上がりしてなくなり、一番お安いコースで8250円
でも夜のメニューを昼食べれるので満足度は高いかもしれない
お迎えがあるのでノンアルコールビール
計9400円
肉がメインのコースなので
お腹満腹かと思いきやぺろっと食べれました
最後のリゾットでやっと食べた感が笑
口数は少ないシェフですが、物腰やわらか～.。o○
前回同様、おしゃべりもゆっくりできて大満足
チーズなどが苦手な方は少し厳しいかもしれない
今回はチーズを使ったお料理がたくさんありました
