It's about a 5-minute walk from Sannomiya Station. The restaurant I had originally booked was closed due to the outbreak of COVID-19, so I decided to visit this restaurant on short notice. Although it was a sudden reservation, I wanted to eat Chinese food, so it turned out all right. Things tend to go better if you think positively about things. The entrance is at the bottom of the stairs in the basement, and when you open the door, you'll find a chic counter seat with a black base. It's an open kitchen, so you can see the cooking right in front of you. What I ordered (8,500 yen course) ○ Amuse-bouche Shrimp Fu-ru-jiang Go-spice powder The plump shrimp in the spring roll is delicious. ○ Appetizers Tamba chicken Jellyfish Mouth water chicken Jellyfish and chicken are mixed with a spicy sauce. This is very good. ○ Hot appetizer Chicken wing Gyoza / Dumpling Green tea salt An innovative dish with chicken chicken dish inside Gyoza / Dumpling. ○ Fish dishes Alfonsino Clams Steamed fish The clam broth is well-balanced and nicely wraps up the fat of the alfonsino. ○ Main Dish Black Sweet and Sour Pork Rather than sweet and sour pork, it's pork covered in sauce, so it's closer to a French cuisine Meat Dishes. The sweet and spicy sauce is delicious. ○ Final Dish Mapo tofu comes with rice. It tasted like Thai rice, but I wonder. It doesn't go very well with mapo tofu. ○ Dessert ★ Beer ★ Bottled wine Frankly speaking, the portions are small for the price, so the satisfaction level isn't that high. The taste is certainly good, but looking at the ingredients used, I have to say that 8,500 yen is a bit expensive for this. 5,500 yen would be more reasonable. This may be why it's easy to make a reservation even at the last minute.
