優しい薬膳
お出かけついでのお昼は久しぶりにこちらで薬膳粥をいただきましょう
何度か休みに当たってなかなか来れなかった
お正月過ぎ、体調を整えねば
生田筋、イスズベーカリーの3階です
お粥は日替わりの他に五種類から選べます
お粥２種のセット1750円、アサリと温活で頼みます
コロナの前は、トッピングはあれこれ置いてあって好きなように取ってこれたけど、さすがに今はそれぞれに合ったのをのせてきてくれます
前菜にワカメとクコの酢の物、ヒジキのトマト煮、切り干し大根の酒粕煮
しみじみと良いなあ
サラダのドレッシングは豆乳と梅でさっぱり
アサリの酒蒸しは冷めないように蓋つきの入れ物で。汁も美味しい
汁物は大ぶりの大根や人参、豚肉などたっぷり
自家製豆腐と漬物もさっぱり
温活お粥には生姜やとても柔らかく火の通った鶏胸肉
アサリは前も置いてあったアサリの炊いたもの、やや味が濃くなるけど、キクラゲのしゃきしゃきが歯ごたえがいい
お粥はおかわりもできます
お正月に食べ過ぎたからと思っていたのに、誘惑に負けてアサリをおかわり
熱々のお茶を入れてくれるのも嬉しい
このセットにはデザートもあります シュワシュワ杏仁豆腐
杏仁豆腐に炭酸を注入したらしい
ちょっと炭酸がきつめですが、食べているうちに少し抜けて本来の味がしてきました

久しぶりに行きました。
お粥が一種類のランチです。
持ってきてくれると、並んでいるものが違いますよ。
三連の小鉢の中身は変わらないかな
生野菜が無くなって、蒸し野菜になってます。
アサリの酒蒸しは？
蒸し野菜用のドレッシングを別皿にして食べやすくしたら、アサリの酒蒸しを置く場所が無くなったとの事。
アサリは具沢山のお汁に入れました。アサリの酒蒸しは330円で追加できます。との事。
スープに入ったアサリは酒蒸しのよりぐっと大きくておいしいです。殻入れはありません。
酒蒸し追加はわざわざするほどでは無いしと思いつつ食します。
蒸し野菜用のドレッシングはおいしいですが、野菜が問題。
キャベツに人参、そして蓮根にサツマイモ、じゃがいもがたっぷり、炭水化物です。
雑穀米の健康的お粥のおかわりをしたいのに、食べ物を残さないようにしようと思うと、
これはムリです。お芋だけでお腹いっぱいになっちゃうもの。
多分昨今の値上がり事情のしわ寄せかなと邪推してしまいますが、ちょっとおばさんにはキツい内容になっていました。
お味は良いのだけど、私的に点数下げさせてもらいました。
