コースしか予約できなかったので予約の後に電話でアラカルトに変更。
お店に到着するとごく少数しか座れないカウンターへ。
大将と直接会話ができる特等席だ。目の前で調理される他のお客さんの貝料理の美味しい香りも酒のアテにできてしまう。
お客さんが多いため、できたらコースの方が助かるとのこと。
7000円の刺身と蒸と焼があるコースをオーダー。
何が出てきても美味い。
そして日本酒に詳しいスタッフが料理に合わせてオススメのお酒の候補を出してくれる。迷わないように2種類ずつ。
スタッフの気遣いも最高ながら料理も最高に良い。
できればアラカルトで好きなものを好きなだけ選びたかったが、コースはどれも満足のいくものだった。
また来たい。
