Business trip to Kobe. On the first night, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and our stomachs were pretty full. However, the night with the members I haven't seen in a long time doesn't seem to end here. Even though it doesn't end, it feels like having a little Ramen. As I was walking around wondering where to go, I saw a red lantern that stood out. When I approached it, it looked like it was Gyoza / Dumpling shop. Immediately everyone's mood switched from Ramen to Gyoza / Dumpling. Today's after-party is decided here ♪ We drank a lot at the first party. I decided to order a bottle of Sapporo Lager beer (Akahoshi), which is the name of the restaurant, and share it with everyone. For Gyoza / Dumpling, there is Gyoza / Dumpling with garlic and one ginger Gyoza / Dumpling without garlic. Also, let's have some plum and shiso Gyoza / Dumpling. Then, potato salad... Oh! There is stir-fried water spinach! I would like to ask you this as well. While we were chatting while drinking beer, the dishes we ordered arrived one after another! Now, let's all have some! Gyoza / Dumpling comes with regular sauce and Kobe's famous miso sauce. I really like this miso sauce. Gyoza / Dumpling is juicy. Punchy garlic and refreshing ginger Gyoza / Dumpling. And even more refreshing plum perilla. This is fun to eat and compare. In this taste comparison, each person had a different preference. It's really strange how people have tastes. Water spinach is my favorite ingredient. It's been a while since I received it. Maybe since before the coronavirus. I like the crunchy texture and garlic punch. Ah, I want to go eat Vietnamese Cuisine again... We were pretty full, but Gyoza / Dumpling ran out in no time (lol) It was getting late. The members will be having dinner together tomorrow as well. Let's leave it at that for today.
