JAPAN BEEF FESTIVAL was held on November 3, 2023 (holiday) at the Kakogawa riverbed. In order to promote the deliciousness of Kakogawa Wagyu beef, many restaurant have opened and created a lively atmosphere. This store caught my eye among the many restaurant. I wonder if it's mutton since it's a beef event, but I was drawn to the reasonable price and novelty of it. I ordered four Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) skewers, and as I waited while watching the fragrant smoke rising from the charcoal-grilling of many skewers, I received a freshly grilled skewer sprinkled with spices. Mutton is said to have a strong odor, but due to the spices, you won't notice any odor and the flavor will fill your mouth. The draft beer I got before stopping by this shop was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
