牡蠣が旨すぎる、、あと安すぎる‥！
木曜19:15予約で。この日は割とゆっくりだったので
予約なしでも行けそうでした！
牡蠣大好きっ子ちゃんと世間で騒がれてない
僕ですが、牡蠣好きです。笑
駅から歩くんだけどマジで行く価値ありのお店‥
と、いうのも！！
オーナーさんが北海道出身で、親戚が漁師！
毎日直送されてくる牡蠣は年中160円‥
後記してるけど味めちゃくちゃ旨いから！
店内はちょっとウエスタン調で、
コーヒーとか出てきそうな店内！
店長さんの空気感がめちゃ良いね。

もうね、牡蠣圧巻です！
値段の高いお店の牡蠣より全然美味しい。
そらそうか、、親戚からの直送やもんな‥
一応ポン酢も卓上にあるんだけど、
塩味も旨味も標準装備なので要らない‥。
肉厚ブリンブリンの牡蠣は生でも焼きでも極上。
僕は基本生が好きんですけど、ここの焼きは
生に負けないくらい美味しいです、凄い！
勿論素材がこれなので牡蠣フライも最高！
実は牡蠣フライちょっと苦手なんですけど
理由が牡蠣の嫌な風味まで引き出されて
旨さと臭さを感じるからなんですが、
ここのは臭みがないぃぃやっべっぞ！
で、ほっけも凄い‥
まずその大きさにびっくりするんですが、
こちらもやはり肉厚ほっくほくの身と
旨味がめちゃくちゃ強いんですよ‥
ちょっとそこらの居酒屋レベルのホッケでは
全くございませんですよ、はい。
素材が強いところって料理が微妙になることあるけど
こちらのケサディーヤはこれまた絶品！
なんつーか‥ピザの上位互換（これマジ）！
中の具（餡みたいな）が外の生地とあってて
日本のピザこっちに全部変えてほしい。笑
〆には甘海老丼！と、その殻を使った味噌汁！
これはもう言わずもがな。
そのビジュアルの美しさだけで正解。
海老味噌汁の海老の香りがえぐい‥。
調べるといくつも周辺に店舗がある人気店。
いや、こりゃ流行るわ、納得。
相当お気に入りの料理を提供してくれる
それでいて安い居酒屋と思いました！

５月に行ってめちゃくちゃ美味しかったので
再度伺って来ました、んまいのよココ。
店員さんは3名でした。

向かうとほぼ満席！！すごい。
ファミリー、カップル、友達同士、
全ての客層がイケるのは本当に凄い。
店出た21:00前くらいも8割くらい
席が埋まってたので、いく方は予約が無難！
親戚の漁師さんが直送してくる牡蠣は
1個160円とぶっとんだ価格にも関わらず
ちょいとここらでは食べれないレベルのやつ。
濃厚で旨みが強くて最高なのです。

特大で濃厚な牡蠣は旨味たっぷり。
生の美味しさは勿論のこと、
物の良さなのか焼きの技術なのか、
焼き牡蠣が全然縮みません。んまぁぁ。
前回ピザの上位互換やー！って
メキシコのピザと知らずうなったケサディーヤ。笑
また頼んでしまったぜよ。
締めの釜飯、書かなくても美味しいのわかるよね？
で、今回は牡蠣好きには絶対知ってて欲しい
マジの通の食べ方をご紹介。
スコッチウイスキーのボウモア。
こちらアイラモルトと言う正露丸のような
香りのするウイスキーでクセが凄いんだけど、
生牡蠣と一緒に食べるとやば旨いのよ。
何年か前にオイスターバーで知った食べ方で
久しぶりにしたら旨すぎるよ、まじで。
アイラ自体は苦手なのにこの合わせ方だと
ウイスキーも牡蠣も美味さが倍増！
良い牡蠣じゃないとできないので、
