オーナーさんの親戚が漁師。
そのためこれだけ安くで仕入れることができるそうです。
ディナーで牡蠣料理を堪能してきました。
北野坂のそばにお店はあり、店前には牡蠣の殻が置いてあり牡蠣専門店らしさがありますね。

大ぶりの牡蠣は口に含むと溶けるようなクリーミーな味わいが広がり、磯の香りが感じられます。

焼き牡蠣も全て生食用の殻付きを使用しているそうです。
まろやかな口どけになっていて生との違いがしっかりと感じられます。

旨みのある鶏むね肉にメキシコの唐辛子とトマトで煮込んだものを、ピザ生地に包みチーズをトッピング。

生や焼き牡蠣と同じく北海道産のものをフライに、カキフライ大好きなのでワクワクします。
サクサク衣に生や焼きとはまた違った牡蠣の味わいが美味しい。
