大きくて味の濃い生牡蠣は感動の一品で何回食べても美味しいです牡蠣好きには本当にたまらない濃厚さ！
生以外にも感動なのは焼き牡蠣です！
火を通すと身が縮こまっちゃって少し残念な感じになるケースが多いので、生を置いてくれてるお店では焼きをわざわざ頼むことはあまりないのですが、キヨリトさんの焼きガキは火入れの仕方が凄いのか、生同様にブリブリの肉感を残したまま出てくるので驚きです！生とはまた少し違う、火が通ることで身がグッと引き締まり、甘みも濃い感じに。焼き牡蠣好きさんに是非食べてもらいたい絶品さです。
ケサディーヤはメキシカンスタイルのピザらしいのですが、スパイシーな感じの味付けは確かにメキシコ感があって、想像よりかなりチーズがたっぷり入っているのでかなり濃厚。チーズ感はマルゲリータなどよりはシカゴピザに近い感じなので参考にしてみてください☺️
牡蠣だけではなくタコも美味しいのが大好きなポイント

魚介好きの私にはたまりません
個人的にフライものは苦手であまり食べないのですが、牡蠣フライも牡蠣の甘味を存分に凝縮し、サクサク衣食感でとても上手にあげてありました。ソースやタルタルも添えてありますが、美味しい牡蠣なので何もつけずに食べてすごく美味しかったです。
ここでとても感動したのが、この食べ方ログ太郎さんに教わったんですけど、生牡蠣にボウモアを垂らすという贅沢すぎるコンビネーション！✨
合うのかな？！って思いますよね。
私ウィスキーは大好きなんですが、樽臭い、、、いわゆるちょっと正露丸っぽい味のウィスキーは苦手なんです。
ボウモアは少し樽の香りがするのですが、それを生牡蠣に垂らすと、すごく不思議なことに、樽のくささを感じるよりも先に、牡蠣の甘みをグッと感じることができ、より特長を引き立てたような旨みを堪能することができます✨✨✨

牡蠣の炊き込みご飯はお米しゃっきり！牡蠣の出汁がめちゃくちゃ凝縮された逸品でした。
月曜日から満席近く賑わっていたので、訪問の際は予約しておくことをおすすめします
