神戸で北海道産お食材を使った居酒屋がある。
それって、関西ではちょっと珍しいのでは?
北海道出身者が東京に比べて少ない関西。
そんな中、ここの店主の親戚は北海道で漁師をやっているのだとか。
その関係で、新鮮な北海道の海の幸をいただくことが出来る。
【北海道産 生牡蠣】
生牡蠣はちょっと…と、最近思っていたけれど、ここのは鮮度が違う。
そのまま食べても充分に旨味を感じることが出来てかなり満足感が高い。
もちろん、レモンを絞っても美味しい。
【鱈白子ポン酢】
冬の北海道といえば、「たちポン」。
たち=真鱈の白子。
それをポン酢と合わせて食べるだけ…なのだが、これが技あり。
流石に北海道で食べるのと同じ…とは言わないけれど、中々のもの。
【カンジャンセウ】
甘エビももちろん美味しい。
で、ここでは刺身ではなく、韓国料理の「カンジャンセウ」…カンジャンケジャンの甘エビ版にして出してくれる。
旨味はあっても、辛味はそんなに強くないので、辛いのが苦手な人でも問題なし。
【ケサディーヤ】
ここでまさかのメキシコ料理。
皮でチーズと鶏の胸肉を包んで焼いたもので、ピッツァよりも食べやすくて、ちょっと刺激的な旨味がクセになる。
そのまま食べても良いし、サワークリームをたっぷりと付けても美味しい!
【小さいチキン南蛮】
小さい…とは言っても、本場宮崎の専門店で食べるのと比べてと言う意味で、決してチープではない。
自家製のタルタルソースと甘酢のコラボレーションがたまらない味わい。
【キヨリト名物 甘エビ丼】
〆のミニ丼に甘エビでも…
そんな軽い気持ちでお願いしたら、想像以上に甘エビ満タンなのが出てきた。
先ずはそのまま甘エビを…美味っ!
やはり鮮度が違う。
そして、卵黄も混ぜて一緒に食べると…ハッキリ言ってパラダイス!
これは良いわぁ。
今回食べた他にも、沖縄のラフテー、タコ頭の串焼き、和牛の赤味噌もつ煮など、いろいろ気になるメニューがありました。
