繊細な肉質の鰆をサッと炙って仕上げた’たたき’は、ほのかに温かさもあって、素晴らしい味わい（╹◡╹）（╹◡╹）。東京のミシュラン和食屋さんで食べた同様の品よりも、良い出来栄えだと感じました♩
お友達も気に入ったので、お代わりもいただきました。
