I researched that a Michelin-starred sushi restaurant in Ginza was opening in Kobe Sannomiya☆ The restaurant is located in the White Rose Building. You can enjoy "orthodox Edomae sushi" made with seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the chef ✨️ There was also a counter and a private room. We enjoyed chatting with the chef at the counter ♬ What we had was selection Nigiri (upper) course /13,800 yen ▪Appetizer Assortment of 5 kinds of spring-like dishes such as pea tofu and rape blossoms✨️ ▪Nigiri/dish ・Shirame ・Seared scallop ・Yellowtail ・Pickled tuna ・Sawara sashimi Seasoned with condiments jelly ・Golden sea bream ・Shimesaba・Botan shrimp ・Big fatty tuna ・Crab meat chawanmushi ・Salted sea urchin & Hokkaido sea urchin taste comparison ・Fried bamboo shoots wakame bean paste ・Torotaku maki ・Yamashiro parfait (sea urchin, crab, yuba, salmon roe) ・Egg ・Scallop soup・Condensed milk strawberries First, let's toast with champagne and my favorite aran miglia (grape juice) ♡ The glasses are stylish and get me excited ✨ The appetizers are beautifully plated and the seasonal ingredients feel like spring, and the sushi is from my favorite sole, and the shari is about skin temperature. I like the texture ♡ The grilled scallops are also big and nice ✨️ The yellowtail is finely cut with a knife, making it easy to eat! A dish of Spanish mackerel mixed with pickled tuna gives it a refreshing taste ✨️ The condiments are effective. The golden sea bream was also quickly grilled and fragrant❣️ I don't eat mackerel very often, but it didn't have a strong taste so I enjoyed it♡ The sesame seeds and ginger also removed the odor and brought out the deliciousness♬ The botanical shrimp was also plump~❣️ Smooth and sweet~ ♡♡ The fatty tuna melts in your mouth ❣️ The wasabi leaves a refreshing aftertaste ✨️ Chawanmushi with lots of crab meat!! ️ It's beautiful the moment you open it... it's warm and extremely delicious ❣️ The inside is simple, so you can enjoy the texture and flavor of the crab meat, which makes it even better ✨️✨️ And compare the luxurious sea urchins ♡♡ I think it's easier to tell the difference when you compare them. Real experience ♬ Also, the "Yamashiro Parfait" where you put the toppings on top of the restaurant's name was delicious with a unique twist ❣️ The crispy texture of the monaka goes well with the sweet and salty flavor of the bean curd, sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe. ✨️ At the counter seat, we had a lively chat with the craftsmen, and it was so exciting that we were always bursting out laughing!! (lol) The general was funny, dandy, and a wonderful person ❣️ My friends were really happy and enjoyed the wonderful Kobe gourmet food. It was a night where I was able to fully enjoy (*^_^*)
