Homemade French cuisine made with plenty of Kobe ingredients, baked to order. Using baguettes from Ichinomiya Bakery on Kasugano Michi and acacia honey from Kobe Bee Farm, the baguettes are soaked overnight in a special dough and then carefully pasteurized in the oven. You can choose from 5 types including honey & fresh cream, Tamba Dainagon bean paste & butter.
