Ijinkan Exclusive Kyoto Matcha Plate and "NOPPON" Shochu Pairing Plate7dishes
The Kyoto Matcha Plate is a limited-time collaboration between Takara Shuzo's sakura-scented Takara Shochu "NIPPON" and Kitano Medium House, the first night cafe and bar in a foreign-style building. It uses green tea that has been inspected by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Commissioner of the Japan Tourism Agency, and Hoshino Resorts. It uses a unique, high-quality tea (T-bag) made from carefully selected tea leaves from Ujitawara that are perfectly matched with the flavor of Takara Shochu NIPPON (barrel-aged sake) that was developed over the course of a year. We offer six Sweets and pairing drinks. Please enjoy as much shochu, water, and green tea as you like.
