移転前の店に行きました時に
コース料理に満足したため、
この度、ビジネス使いで
移転後、初訪問です。
予約の当日、JR三宮駅の西口
を下車！そのまま当店のある
交通センタービルへ！
雨に濡れずに行けるので、
アクセス抜群です。
店に入り個室に通されました。
ここから税込11000円の飲み放題
コースのスタート！
・前菜盛り合わせ
・刺身(ぶり、鰹、鯛)
・燻製(チーズ、土の演出)
・新じゃが&新玉ねぎのスープ
・鰆の岩石揚げ
・神戸牛サーロイン・村田牛サーロイン
・桜海老のショートパスタ
物価上昇、移転後の賃料上昇を経て
か、若干、コスパ悪くなった感じが
しますが、居酒屋を超える料理には
満足しました。
中でも当店名物の燻製は、植木鉢に
入る土をイメージし、スコップ
で食べる演出！女子受けしそうな一品！
(残念ながら、オッサンの私たちですが)
さらに、〆には意外な、ショートパスタ！
こちら、桜海老が効いて、激ウマでした。
但し、量的にはもの足らず、小腹
の空きを満たすために、次の店に
急いだためか、デザート提供の前に、
退店してしまうという、こちら側の
ミスもありました！
とは言え、飲み放題メニューの
充実は、満足すること必至！
個室使いでき、ゆっくり料理
を味わいながらお酒を飲むには
最適の店だと思います。
