Sarashina Soba is a specialty soba made from local Hokkaido buckwheat flour that is ground using a stone mill.It is rare in the Kansai region. It's a flavor that has lasted for over 60 years. Sarashina soba is white in color, rich in aroma, and goes down the throat easily.If you want a cold menu, you can try ``Zaru Soba,'' which tastes its natural sweetness, or ``Kamo Seiro Soba,'' which goes well with the soft duck meat stock.If you want a hot menu, you can try 150g of extra-large kakuni. Recommended dishes include ``Kakuni whole curry soba'' with ``Kakuni whole curry soba'' and ``Okame soba'' with a variety of toppings. A bowl of soba with a side dish goes perfectly!
