すさび湯♨️さんって、名前からは ほっこり寛ぐイメージ持つお店なんやかどね...一言ぼやかせてね(･･;)
白木のカウンターの寿司がメインのお店。寿司一貫単位で注文する。特別安くも無い。
なのに、「スマホでバーコードでアプリ開いて、カウンターの登録番号を注文のたびに入力して注文して下さい」。
言われたままに従った。アプリの完成度も低く、とてもじゃ無いが、楽しく過ごしたい時間を、寿司の注文にかかり切りに、時間も費やさないと、ストレスも感じないと、注文出来ない。
僕がITスキル低過ぎるんやと、アプリで注文しなさいと御指示された女店員に操作をお願いしたが、僕と同様にモタモタ。
カウンターに座って寿司を一貫単位で頼む優雅なお店では無いと言うのが結論。
店の効率化、利益追求に何処まで客が協力すべきなのか不可思議。サイゼリヤの様に店の効率化を突き詰めた結果を客に還元してるお店ならいざ知らず。
寿司屋でゆっくりしたかったけど30分で次のお店に行かざる終えなかった。再訪問は無いな。
