スープはブレンダーで泡立てられた豚骨スープですね。
豚の旨味が感じられつつ、塩分も少し高めなのでパンチが効いています！
学生に大人気なのもうなずけます！

麺は細いストレート麺ですね。
パツっとしていて、豚骨ラーメンらしさがあります！

チャーシューは炙られた厚みのあるチャーシューと周りをぐるっと囲む薄切りチャーシューの2種類ですね。
厚みのあるチャーシューはしっとりとしていて美味しい！
薄切りチャーシューはさすがに量が多いですが、食べ応えがありますね。
