先日、うまいなぁうまいなぁ！と焼肉 冷麺 てっちゃん 中目黒店で焼肉を食べていたら、店員さんが
「今度、神戸の三宮でこのお店やらせてもらうんですよ！」
って言ってて、店員さんだと思っていた方は実は三宮の店主さんでした！
どうやらその研修で中目黒に入っていたみたい。
そんなことがあって、ちょうど神戸に仕事の予定があったのでオープンだという日にお店に行ってきました。
縁って不思議ですね。笑
三宮の飲み屋街にお店はあります。
朝まで営業するみたいです。すごい！
店主は元気はつらつな亀井さん。
だから店名は「かめちゃん」
名前が店名に入ると気合が入りますね。
お店は1Fがカウンター席、2Fがテーブル席になっています。
メニューは中目黒と同じとのこと。
東京の味がそのまま提供されるということですね！
てっちゃん常連の私からおすすめを3つほど。笑
まずは刺し盛り。
コブクロ、ガツ、タン。
低音調理ってやつですね。お酒が進みます。
必食は赤肉盛り。
これがここのウリ。タレ焼肉。
タレは少し酸味のあるさっぱり醤油だれと、レモンダレが提供されます。
お好みで使い分け。
これは本当は米といってほしい！！！笑
めちゃくちゃご飯似合います。
あとラストは店名の通り、黒冷麺。
そば粉の配合された茶色い麺、平壌冷麺ですね。
よーく〆られた麺はむっちり弾力。ピリ辛でさっぱりな冷麺です。
