We offer a variety of dishes, mainly Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) made from Matsukaze Jidori, Hinai Jidori, and Tamma duck. Matsukaze Jidori is called a high-end brand of Jidori chicken, and its taste, richness, and aroma are first-class. You can fully enjoy the deliciousness of the dish grilled with Kishu Bincho charcoal and custom-made sun-dried salt from Awaji Island.
