表通りからは入れず、裏の道から入るややこしいビル

ほうれん草が甘めで美味しいナムルでした。

好きな牛なんでうれしい。
かなり肉の味が強い、脂が甘い。
肉の旨味が強くタレに負けてない。最高でした。
★神戸のと畜場の新鮮レバー
いつも食べないですが、相方さんが臭みがないからと食べたら軽く炙ってもモサモサしないし、レバー自体がむちゃ甘い。臭みもないし。阿久のレバーを思い出しました。
★壽屋特撰タン
馴染みのあるタン。この薄切りもあり。
国産レモンの拘りがよい。

これは店の方が焼いてくれます。
お団子状態でまわりはカリッと香ばしく
中は蒸されてますが、ほぼ生状態です。
これをご飯にのせて。美味すぎる。

やはり良いですね。サガリが好みです。
ホルモン5種盛り、しかも全部味も下処理もちがう。

イタリアンのシェフが監修してるんで
ちょっと素人では思いつかない組み合わせ。
完成度もお見事でした。新鮮なホルモンですから、あまり焼かずに食べれます。

シンプルな冷麺やのに
とろみというか円やかな感じがうまかった。
また友達と来てみます。
