Our store, which has experience in the meat wholesale business, uses only the highest quality cows at the time. We value our connections with producers and are particular about being able to see where the cows were raised and who raised them. Among them, the fresh "offal" shipped directly from the farm is a specialty. The "hormone platter", where you can enjoy several kinds of carefully hand-prepared dishes, is an exquisite dish. In order to provide freshly cut meat with concentrated flavor, our restaurant is particular about the "cut to order" method. Dip it in our rich miso-based homemade sauce and enjoy it with rice cooked with Minami-Awaji's Milky Queen! The most recommended item is the limited-edition Wagyu skirt steak, which is purchased on a priority basis based on my experience at my previous job. The ``meat platter'', which mainly consists of top loin, loin, and short ribs, can be chosen from large servings of 3 to 4 people or small servings of 2 people.
