Italian Cuisine with a lingering aftertaste
Chef Nakagawa, who trained in Italy, the home of authentic Italian Cuisine cuisine, opened this restaurant in April this year. Today, I visited for the first time for a dinner party with seven long-time friends. The restaurant has a stylish atmosphere, but Chef Nakagawa is very friendly and easy to talk to. He carefully explained the attention to detail in the dishes, the origin of the ingredients, the cooking method, and the wine. When I tasted the dishes, I felt that Chef Nakagawa had made them with all his heart, and they were all Italian dishes that you can't usually get in Japan! Everything was delicious, but personally, the main course of low-temperature cooked Kobe pork and the dessert of apricot ricotta cheese ice cream were superb! On the way home after the meal, I had a great time and it was Italian Cuisine that left me with a lingering feeling of happiness. This is a recommended new restaurant that can meet a wide range of occasions, such as dinner parties with friends, couples, dates, and meals with special guests.

Last time, I went with 6 friends last night and were very satisfied, so this time I visited with 2 of my best friends for a luxurious lunch. This time we had a new lunch course. This is a course menu that includes a total of 5 dishes, starting with a bite-sized appetizer. ⚫︎Amuse Pumpkin mousse, black truffle frittata Panna cotta with Awaji onions ⚫︎Appetizer Endive with gorgonzola Ice cream ⚫︎Main Low-temperature-cooked Kagoshima saddleback pork with shiitake mushrooms and beets ⚫︎Sweets Sweets lemon granita ⚫︎ Herbal tea The specially designed tagliatelle Akashi red sea bream ragu pasta was unique and delicious, something I've never had at any other restaurant! I feel like this is Italian Cuisine restaurant that foodies who have eaten all over the place end up at! Chef Nakagawa, thank you again for your careful explanations of the dishes and ingredients, and for teaching me about Italian food culture that I didn't know about! And thank you for the meal!
