こちらの三田屋さんは五男坊の経営する三田屋さんとのこと。東京から撤退してデパート等に入っていた三田屋本店ーやすらぎの里(四男坊の経営)とは異なっている。因みに長男さんは三田屋総本家としてハム、ハンバーグ等の加工販売専門店を営んでいるとの事です。
初訪問となります。
クーポンサービスのビールで喉を潤し、どちらでも三田屋さん恒例のハム‥薄く上品？
オニオンを巻いて頂いてみると、スモーク具合が絶妙でしっとりしたハムが旨い。好きですと無言の告白をお皿の残りのハムたちに告げた。一瞬で馴染みの三田屋のハムのパサつき感とこちらのしっとり感で違いを察知出来た。こちらの方が好みだった。赤のグラスワインでも充実に美味しく頂けました。
続いてサラダは季節感が多少あるのかも知れないが同等に美味しいものでした。スープはトマトのスープですがこちらは本店のコンソメの方が好きでした。トマトスープとしては美味しいですがお肉を食べる意識が高まっている為に残念に感じてしまいました。
本店では青磁の器でこちらは白い器も違いでした。
ついにメインのお肉の登場！ご飯とお漬物も続け様に登場！！こちらはお漬物と小さな梅干とのコンビネーションの香の物、本店では大きな梅干。
五男坊の揮八郎は和の和牛のステーキを求めたのかステーキの下にはオニオンだけでなく白菜も使われており、太いフライドポテトが添えられシンプルなステーキで別添いのガーリックチップ、塩、胡椒。ポン酢だれで頂くのです。神戸牛の脂の優しさを損なわず頂けて、ジュージューという(sizzle)音と香りと見た目と蒸気の立ち込める至福の感覚と熱々の肉汁と肉の旨味。
五感全てがエンドルフィンを脳に要求しているのを実感。ポン酢よし、塩胡椒良し！
デザートとコーヒーの締めフィニッシュ！！
