ちょっとしたパーティで使わせていただきました。ランチクルーズの個室でいただくサンシャインコースで、フリードリンクにしてありました。随分前に妻の妹一家と私の家族で利用したことがあります。
前菜：サーモンマリネ、マッシュルールのディクセル添え、赤ワインビネガー風味のビーツ
スープ:オニオングラタンスープ。
魚料理：本日の鮮魚（真鯛）の香草パン粉焼き 魚介風味のトマトソース
肉料理：豚肩肉のグリル 季節野菜とキノコのクリーム煮添え
デザート：プロフィットロール マロン風味
飲み物：コーヒー・紅茶

前菜からデザートまで、ゆっくりと美味しくいただきました。サーモンのマリネも濃厚オニオングラタンスープも好きな味でした。途中ピアノとサクソフォーンの生演奏がありました。数曲演奏してくださり、ミニコンサートのようでした。11月で船上は寒いかなと思いましたが、いい天気の温かい日で、ランチの後は外でクルーズを楽しむことができました。2時間のクルーズはあっという間でした。もう少し長く乗っていたかったですね。ご馳走様でした。
