３月中旬の神戸出張、平日のランチで
店を利用。
この店は元町中華街にある。平日でも
全国旅行支援？で大混雑（笑）
ランチに選んだ店は「海鮮広東料理
中華料理 昌園」前に美味いと聞いて
いた店。
注文したのは、ランチのＢセット。
五目汁そば＋豚まん＋焼売 1,000円.
ついでに、生ビールも一杯（笑）
五目汁そばの具材は海老６個、烏賊、
人参、干し椎茸、レタス、筍、豚肉
鶉玉子。
優しいスープは中華街の味。極細麺
は固めに茹でられ凄く美味しい。
見た目は悪いが豚まんもイイ。焼売
は肉肉しくＧｏｏｄ！！！
この店、大正解！再訪は確実！！！

I went on a business trip to Kobe in early August and used the restaurant for a late lunch on a weekday. I arrived at Shin-Kobe Station in the afternoon. Walking from Sannomiya, we visited `` Seafood Cantonese Cuisine Chinese Cuisine Changen'' in Motomachi Chinatown. This is my second time using it. This time, I ordered "Gomoku Soba Soba" for 900 yen, not as a set but as a single item. No beer. The ingredients for Gomoku Soba are 6 shrimp, carrots, squid, dried shiitake mushrooms, lettuce, bamboo shoots, pork, and quail egg. Lots of Seafood! Anyway, the gentle soup is a taste of Chinatown. The thin noodles lift the soup and are delicious. The noodles are a little flat. It feels good! Kobe's Chinatown is great (lol)
