I went to this restaurant for lunch at around 12:20 noon on a weekday, and the restaurant was about 80% crowded, and even after that, people kept coming in.I ordered [Jersey noodles] Set (1,100 yen) First, the mini fried rice was served in about 10 minutes. It is a moist type with a fragrant flavor. It has a simple composition of 2 shrimp, chopped pork, green onion, and egg. It is delicious with a strong seasoning. That's right. About 3 minutes later, the jajangmyeon appeared. The noodles are straight thin noodles with an edge and firmness, and they stick together well with the sauce. The sauce is rich with a strong soy sauce sauce, and has just the right amount of acidity and salt. The sauce seems to have a good effect as well as the ginger.The sauce also contains minced meat and green onions.The garnished cucumber has a crunchy texture and a refreshing taste, which goes well with the delicious jajangmyeon.Thank you for the meal.
