中華街も観光化著しく、食べ歩き街のようになり、店は客引きすれど、店内飲食は少なく、クオリティも今一という状況。
自分もほとんど足を向けず、先日付き合いで行った某店も予想通りの酷さで食べログ投稿さえ遠慮するレベル。
そんな中華街ですが、この店は例外。
海鮮広東の本格派。中華街では珍しく自ら足を向ける店です。
今回は3人。あえて単品で。
ピータン
これはまあ普通という所。タレが別皿ででてきます。かけてしまってくれていいのに。
フカヒレスープ
少し濃厚系。美味しい・・・。胃が活性化します。
湯葉皮春巻き
お店のおすすめメニュー。絶品！！！。
カリッと揚げられた湯葉皮。中もエビなどが入っていて非常に美味しい。かなりボリュームもある。
これはお勧めです。
特製チャーシュー
おいしいチャーシューですが、他が美味しすぎて、普通に思えてしまう。理不尽w
モンゴウイカと季節野菜炒め
絶品！！！。さすがの「昌園」。大きく切ったモンゴウイカの美味しいこと！！ 柔らかい。ウマーウマー。
小籠包
これも普通に美味しい小籠包です。でもこれも、他が美味しすぎて、普通に思えてしまう理不尽さよw
蟹身と春雨の土鍋煮込み
これもここのスペシャリテ。ジュージュー言いながら出てきて、店員さんがかき混ぜてくれます。
これ絶品すぎる！！！。本当旨いわ。蟹身が美味しいのはともかく、実に美味しい味付け。素晴らしいです。ちょっとお高いけど必食ですな。
ナマコの醤油煮込み
とどめの一品。なお、この料理は大変時間がかかりますので、最初にオーダーしたほうが良いです。30分ほどかかります。
干しナマコは超高級食材です。干したものを戻して煮込む。ナマコ酢なんかとは全く違う食感。ふわふわになり、それを煮込むことで絶品に。ほんとおいしい・・・ンマーンマー
3人でお腹いっぱい！ 4人はほしかった。
紹興酒も堪能し、最高のディナーになりました。
その後数日はこの店の話題が続いたほど。
観光化著しい中華街でお勧めできる希少なお店です！
